Freelance care professional, care helper or household helper can offer their services independently via the FLEXXI Team app. They have the freedom to accept jobs flexibly and decide for themselves when, where and how much they want to work. Payment is made easily via the app.

Yes, you can use the FLEXXI Team app to find people in your area who need your support. You alone decide where you want to offer your services, at what time and how often. The FLEXXI Team App helps you to create a new base of clients or expand your existing base.

If you are a care professional, we require proof of successful completion of three years of training when you register. If you have not completed three years of training but have experience in care, you can offer your services as a care helper via the FLEXXI Team App. As a household helper, you do not need any certification or a certain level of experience.

Yes, you can set your own schedule and availability in the FLEXXI Team app. You only accept the bookings that match your schedule. This gives you more control over your working hours and you only work when you want to.

Yes, you can find several clients via the FLEXXI Team App and we also recommend this to rule out pseudo self-employment.

FLEXXI takes the safety of care staff very seriously and has measures in place to ensure that clients are reliable and trustworthy. If you get an uneasy feeling about a customer, you can cancel the order at any time and will be compensated accordingly. If further issues are reported by other users, the customer will be blocked.

No, the customer does not pay for your travel costs. Only the amount that was specified in advance via the order in the app is paid.

A customer can see your average rating. However, the detailed ratings are only visible to the FLEXXI support team and are used for quality control purposes.

Yes, you can reject an order if it does not meet your preferences or does not fit into your schedule. Both you and the client can cancel the service within the first 15 minutes of accepting the order without any charge. No. The price per hour does not change in this case either. We therefore recommend using the chat function to discuss more precise details in advance and to be able to start the job immediately upon arrival. The chat function is available to both you and the customer as soon as you have accepted the job in the app.

Yes. You can also register as a self-employed care helper and offer your services via the FLEXXI Team app.

As a freelance care professional, carehelper or household helper, you must of course also pay tax on your income. You will receive an invoice from FLEXXI Care after each order, which you will need for your tax return. For more detailed information or advice, we recommend contacting a tax consultant or income tax association.

Use of the FLEXXI Team App is free of charge. You can log in and register free of charge. FLEXXI Care only receives a commission if an order is accepted and completed via the FLEXXI Team App. The commission will be deducted from the total amount after the order has been completed.

A profile picture and photographs of your ID card are generally required for registration. If you are a care professional, a proof of your completed professional training is also required (i.e. the professional certificate). Optionally, you can also upload a proof of existing professional liability insurance and a police report to get PREMIUM status in the app.

PREMIUM status is a badge that you receive in your profile if you upload proof of existing professional liability insurance and a police clearance certificate in addition to the mandatory documents. PREMIUM status can have a positive effect on customer confidence and therefore on your order inquiries. If you upload an extended certificate of good conduct instead of a simple certificate of good conduct, you will receive PREMIUM+ status. This also allows you to accept orders from people under the age of 25 or mentally impaired persons.

No, the same hourly rate applies to the extended orders. However, the extension can only be made with your consent. The customer can extend the order in the app.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT

Yes, it is absolutely possible to work on a self-employed basis in addition to being employed. Only care service managers are generally not permitted to do so due to their contract. If you are not sure, you are welcome to contact us. We will be happy to help.
