After you place the order with the required services or caregiver type, we will show the request only to the nurse/ caregiver that fits your criteria. One of qualified nurses/ caregivers will accept your order. You will be notified once this happens. You can get to know the nurse/caregiver by initiating a chat with her/him.

You can cancel at any time before the service start, in some cases it can be subject to penalties. Please check the cancellation policy for details.

No, it is the nurse's/ caregiver's responsibility to get to the service location.

"A caregiver can, among other things, provide the following services: help with personal hygiene, basic home services, food, putting on prostheses and compression stockings. A nurse can perform all services of a caregiver and additionally provide simple medical support services, such as injections and administering medications according to a prescription. Medical services, though, are not included."

Nurses / Caregivers' receive certificates and diplomas by schools and governments which are subject to verification by FLEXXI. Only then they can start accepting job offers. Service reviews are collected and visible in the candidates profiles and used to assure quality control.

Licensed caregivers and nurses are exempt from paying VAT in Europe. FLEXXI pays VAT on its commission and shows this in the invoice. Both Flexxi and the caregivers and nurses are required to report any income in its income / corporate taxes statement.

It depends on what the classification of the patient's health insurance - contact your insurance company with service income and they will inform you about conditions

A nurse or caregiver can see her/his average rating. Comments, though, are visible only to the adminsitrators of FLEXXI and used to assure quality control.

FLEXXI does not provide babysitting services, however there is no age range for care and nursing. As there are specially trained nurses and caregivers for children (pediatric) please add that information in the remarks, to assure the quality of the provided service.

In rare cases a client will like to be served by a woman or a man. However, this is the exception and will lower the chances of finding a nurse or caregiver. Also FLEXXI will not tolerate discrimination against gender and ethnicity.

You can take all your doubts with the nurse through the chat that is available as soon as the job is accepted. Visiting in person will have the same price per hour as normal service

The hourly price of the nurse depends on her, but you can adjust the price range you are willing to pay when you are going to make the job offer

Yes. Present a certificate from your (previous) employer stating that you have worked as a nursing assistant. It is checked in each individual case whether the qualification is sufficient.

At the moment the application only accepts payment by card.

The maximum duration of one job is 8 hours.

Tax declaration is your responsibility.. We will send you a downloadable reciept/ invoice at the end of each order. As a nurse/ caregiver you will also receive a complete income statement at the end of a calendar year. Plese submit this income statement to your tax consultant or directly to the tax authorities.
