Registration

The FLEXXI app is a booking platform for freelance care professionals, care helpers and household helpers that allows you to book services easily and flexibly. Finding and booking care has never been so quick and uncomplicated.
Yes, you can also use the FLEXXI app as a business client and book freelance care professionals, care helpers and household helpers for your company. All you have to do is register as a business clients in the app.
Once you have downloaded the FLEXXI app and started the registration process, you can choose between the two options “Private” and “Business”. Click on “Business” and enter the company details. That's all! Now you can start your order.
In general, all companies that are active in the care sector can register in the FLEXXI app. You can choose from a list of company types. If none of the options apply, you can select “Other”.

Booking

Once you have registered in the FLEXXI app, you can start creating your order straight away. You will be guided through the order step by step and can specify all the details such as the service, date, time and hourly rate. Before you finally place the order, you will receive an order overview in which you can check the details and adjust them if necessary. You also have the option of using the comment function to note any other important comments on the job.
The FLEXXI app can be used to book qualified care professionals as well as care helpers and household helpers. You can choose from six different services. It is up to you whether you search for services or directly for the qualifications of the providers.
Orders via the FLEXXI app can be placed up to three weeks before the start of the order.
No, there is no guarantee that every order will be accepted. However, the FLEXXI app can be a useful solution for bridging short-term staff shortages. It therefore always makes sense to place an order if you need someone at short notice. And the higher the number of providers you send the job to, the higher the chances that the job will be accepted.
Yes, you can cancel a booking on the FLEXXI App, but it is subject to our cancellation policy that may include fees for cancelation made within a certain time frame before the scheduled booking. Both you and the care professional can cancel the service within the first 15 minutes after order acceptance, without any fee. Please read our cancellation policy for more details.
Yes, you can. Each order stands alone and does not oblige you to book another order. You only book when you really need support.
The maximum booking duration per order per day is 18 hours. You can of course book several jobs for consecutive days, up to a maximum of 7 days in the next 21 days.
How nice that someone has left a particularly positive impression on you! Each provider has an individual QR code in their profile that you can use to send future orders directly to that one person.
If the provider does not show up for a scheduled order, please contact the FLEXXI Care Support Team immediately. We will help you to find a replacement, provide a refund or solve the problem in another way.
The order can also be extended if the scheduled time is not sufficient. However, the provider must first give verbal consent. As soon as the provider agreed, you can extend the job in the app from 20 minutes before the official end of the job. This step is important so that the provider also receives payment via the app for the extended time. However, the hourly rate does not change in case of an extension.

Payment and fees

Use of the FLEXXI app is free of charge. You only pay the price that you see in the order overview. If you decide to contact a booked provider outside the app, you will also be charged a one-time fee of €400 per provider. This allows you to contact the provider outside of the app and, if necessary, to hire them in your company.
Payment is made directly in the app by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. For security reasons, a third-party provider (Stripe) is used for payment processing. FLEXXI Care does not store your full payment details and does not have access to them.
The invoice will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you used to register your company once the order has been completed.
Yes, you can also store several credit cards in your company profile, for example, and select which card should be used for payment in the order overview.
Depending on the bank and credit card, it may be necessary to carry out a security authentication when creating the order. If this authentication fails, the order will be automatically canceled. In this case, please contact our FLEXXI support team - we will be happy to help you find a solution.

Communication

After the order has been accepted, you have the option of communicating directly with the provider in the app using the chat function. This allows you to discuss important details, directions or other requests.
If you would like to contact the providers outside of the FLEXXI app, there is a one-off communication fee of €400 per provider, which must be paid before the first contact is made. Paying this fee enables you to contact providers directly and, if necessary, hire them in your company.
Business customers agree to FLEXXI Care's general terms and conditions when registering in the FLEXXI app. Please refer to the terms and conditions for B2B customers for more detailed information on breaches of contract and penalties. Communication between business customers and providers without prior payment of a communication fee will result in a penalty of at least €6,500, of which 1/3 (€2,166) will go to the provider as a finder's fee, regardless of how we find out about the breach of contract.
