  1. Download and install the FLEXXI app:

To get started, visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for the FLEXXI app. Download and install the app on your iOS or Android device.

After you install the app, you can register through "My Account" using your mobile number or email. We will send you a code that you will need to unlock your profile. Enter your name, email, and password to create your account. And voilà! You have created your FLEXXI account! Don't forget to add your payment method in your account settings.







  1. Set location and create order

Alternatively, you can go directly to "Let’s start" to create your booking order for a caregiver. Enter the zip code for the location where the caregiver will be provided to find out if FLEXXI is already available in your area.







  1. Set your preferences:

Next, you will be prompted to set your preferences. Specify the type of caregiver or care services you need, such as medical care, companionship or household help. We will then present you with a selection of caregivers that meet your requirements, to whom you can send an invitation directly.

In the next step, you select the date, time and desired duration of the care service. After that, set the hourly wage you want the caregiver to receive. We will give a recommendation based on the average market price, but you can decide how much you want to pay. Finally, enter the address where you want the care job to be performed.

Before you submit the order, you will see an order summary. Here you can make changes in case you made mistakes or something has changed. You will also see the total amount of the order, without any hidden costs. Under "Comments" you can add more information about the order, such as special equipment or special requirements of the care recipient, how to find the front door, or where to ring the bell. Here you can also enter your discount code if you have one. Finally, press "Submit order."





  1. Track and manage bookings:

In the FLEXXI app, you can track and manage your bookings. You can access details about the caregiver, scheduled appointments, and times of care services. You can also make changes or cancel bookings. You can cancel for free within the first 15 minutes of accepting the order. You can find the cancellation policy here.



  1. Chat with your caregiver:

Once a caregiver has accepted your order, it will appear in your current orders. You can use the chat icon next to the caregiver's name to communicate with them in advance and get to know them.






  1. End or extend order 

After the service has been performed and you are satisfied with the work, you can finish the order in the app. You also have the option to extend the order if you need more care services. However, note that the caregiver must agree to the extension for it to be valid. Payment is made after the order is completed.





  1. Reviews and tips:

After the care service is provided, you can leave ratings and reviews for the freelance caregiver. Your feedback helps other users make informed decisions and maintain the quality of the platform. If the work provided was particularly good, you are also welcome to tip the caregiver.
